Robert, thanks for the history listen on cardio training. About how long does it take you to do that cardio workout? So, it’s the intensity of the cardio workout that is more important than the length or time correct? Great information! Make it a great day!
Danny
Right, intensity is the key, but don’t push too hard at first until you get a feel for how your body responds to the workout. As you progress, you can do two things to add to the intensity – more reps per exercise, and fewer breaths in between exercises. The first time you do it, it may take fifteen minutes, but as you reduce the breaths in between, you’ll finish the workout in less time – but you’ll be getting better results in every way compared to slogging away on the “dreadmill” for an hour!

thanks for the information I will be turning 65 this july and just started a exercise training program with a trainer, who is well matched with me…He keeps me on my toes and always pushes me beyond what I think are my limits. However, it never hurts to research and get other people’s ideas on workout regiments…
