Hi Danny,
The video is being made by some new friends in the raw movement, and will feature a number of people in addition to me. It’s not my project, just one I’m participating in. However, I will be doing a total revamp of the nutrition segment of the LGNAAA system and making it available to everyone who has the system. In fact, I think it’s so important that I’m considering making it a downloadable video that will be available to everyone at no charge. If I get enough positive feedback on that idea, I’ll do it. What do you think?

Of course I think it is a great idea and will be important to those who are seeking to improve their health. Whenever you share it shows you care. I love you for that information!! I always feel like I just want to eat raw stuff, vegetables, fruits, nuts etc. I dont call myself vegan or anything. But I usually just have to force meat on myself, I dont know why it just feels so wrong. And Im always afraid that my body starts to destroy my muscles to get the protein. (Btw if your facial skin wouldnt give you up I would guess that your 25-30, keep up the good work!)
