I decided to do a little experiment on myself to test my cardio recovery. How did I do? Check the video and see for yourself.

[Video] 100 push-ups, cardio recovery at age 61.

This movie requires Adobe Flash for playback.

I did 100 fast, aggressive Hindu push-ups to get myself seriously out of breath, then timed myself to see how long it took to get my breathing back under control.

The fact that I was talking throughout the entire recovery period put me at a serious disadvantage, but as you’ll see, my heart and lungs, and entire body for that matter, are working quite well at age 61.

If I can do it, you can do it.

Make it a great day.
